Enema bulb/Anal Douche is a reliable gadget that ensures comfortable and hygienic anal play. Made from high-quality materials, it is body-safe, and the narrow neck (nozzle) allows for easy application—even for beginners! The anal douche is also recommended for performing rectal enemas to relieve constipation and abdominal colic, as well as before surgical procedures involving the abdominal area and colon.

How to Use:

Before each use of the enema bulb/anal douche (and after each use), carefully wash it in warm water with soap, separating the bulb from the nozzle. Boil the cleaned parts in water for 10 minutes. Then, assemble the nozzle by inserting its shorter end into the bulb until the flange of the nozzle rests against the edge of the bulb. Fill the bulb with warm water (or a solution recommended by your doctor) at a temperature of 35–37°C. Lubricate the nozzle with a water-based lubricant or a thin layer of cosmetic petroleum jelly. Lay a towel down and lie on your side. Carefully insert the nozzle into the anus without applying excessive pressure. Squeeze the bulb gently to release its contents into the colon.

Remember, there’s no need for force or speed. The water does not need to be expelled from the bulb rapidly for the enema to be effective. Slowly remove the bulb from the anus while keeping the buttocks clenched. After emptying the bulb, wait approximately 20 minutes before using the toilet. However, if you feel a strong urge earlier, there’s no need to wait. Maintaining proper hygiene is crucial. Before and after the enema, wash your hands thoroughly and ensure the enema bulb is cleaned appropriately. Before intimacy, consider additionally cleaning the intimate area for extra freshness.
