Returns and Complaints Policy of SSIK LOVE Online Store Sp. z o.o.

§1 General Provisions

  1. This Returns and Complaints Policy sets forth the rules for returns and complaints regarding products purchased from the SSIK LOVE Sp Online Store. z o.o.

§2 Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).

§3 Product Return Conditions

  1. The product must be returned unaltered, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.
  2. The product should be returned in its original packaging, complete with all contents.
  3. The full value of the product is refundable. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Consumer.

§4 Complaint Procedure

  1. Complaints about product defects can be submitted in writing to the Seller’s address or electronically.
  2. The complaint should include a description of the problem and the contact information of the applicant.
  3. The vendor is obliged to process the complaint within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will replace the defective product with a full-quality one or refund the equivalent price of the product to the customer.

§5 Final Provisions

  1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  2. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods back or the Consumer provides proof of their return, whichever event occurs first.
